Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu
You will be greeted by our representative at the arrival area and provided hotel transfer. Free time until dinner. In the evening, we will visit a traditional Nepalese restaurant for a fine meal accompanied by folk music and a cultural program.
Day 02/03: YOGA & MEDITATION
Wake up early in the morning, Yogic Cleansing and Morning Tea followed by Yog class and breakfast. Rest of the time is at leisure to read, therapy and shower. After lunch, we take a nature walk, relax and self-practice. Then it’s time for an evening herbal tea followed by Karma Yog, rest and meditation practice. After dinner, it’s time for Tratak / Special Memory practice in bed.
Day 04: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing Tour
Start the day with early morning wake, yogic cleansing and herbal tea. We then start our yoga class with Prayer, Warm up exercise, Suryanamaskar, Yogasana, Pranayama, Shanty Path (Peace Mantra) followed by breakfast. We the go for a guided tour of Kathmandu valley’s main attractions including UNESCO World Heritage Sites of historical and religious importance. The tour includes Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambunath (The Monkey Temple), Pashupatinath Temple, and Boudddhanath, one of the largest Buddhist shrines in the world and a major pilgrimage destination.
Day 05: Bhaktapur and Patan Tour, drive to Nagarkot
Repeat the previous days’ yoga and relaxation session. After breakfast we will travel by private vehicle to Patan Durbar Square, a World Heritage Site with an extraordinary array of temples, statues and artwork with exquisite carvings. Lunch at Patan before transferring to the ancient Bhaktapur Durbar Square which shares some similarities to Patan Durbar Square but is a more expansive architectural feast.
Day 06: Final Departure
