  • Guest: 2+

Overview

Spend a week experiencing Nepal’s variety of climate zones, cultures and geography – from an in-depth view into the rich culture embedded in the Kathmandu Valley, the grassy lowlands of the Terai, home to Asian elephants and one-horned rhinoceros, to the beautiful Himalayan lakeside setting of Pokhara. This trip will include venturing into the jungles in Chitwan National Park on a guided safari, and a chance to see great swaths of the Nepalese countryside on the road to Pokhara, Nepal’s most popular lakeside holiday spot, where we’ll paddle around the lake and enjoy the majestic mountain views. We’ll end the trip in Nagarkot, a charming town on the eastern rim of Kathmandu Valley, from where the epic sunrise over the Indrawati Valley is said to be one of the best in the region.
